The Service is intended for users who are at least 17 years old. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3) The Service
Meolink is a personal barista log designed for coffee lovers who cherish every sip. It helps you:
- Log coffee moments with photos, flavor notes, shop and time details.
- Track your coffee habits with usage patterns and frequency insights.
- Discover your taste preferences through a personalized flavor profile based on your inputs.
Certain features may require an internet connection, device permissions, or an account.
4) Accounts
4.1 Registration and Information
You may need an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and keep it updated.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

5) Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create or submit through the Service (“User Content”), such as photos and notes.
You grant Meolink a limited license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, and display your User Content solely to operate,
provide, maintain, and improve the Service for you (for example, syncing and generating insights you request).
You are responsible for your User Content and must have the rights to submit it.
6) Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service unlawfully.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service or introduce malware.
- Do not harass, threaten, or harm others.
- Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code where prohibited by law.
- Do not circumvent security or access controls.
7) Permissions and Device Features
You may be asked to grant permissions (such as location or photos). You can control permissions in your device settings.
Some features may not work without the relevant permission.
8) AI-Assisted Features (Optional)
The Service may include optional automated processing (“AI-assisted features”) to help you create or enhance content.
If you choose to use AI-assisted features, your inputs may be processed on Meolink Team’s servers to produce the requested result.

9) Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have
read and understood the Privacy Policy.
10) Intellectual Property
The Service (excluding User Content) and related intellectual property rights are owned by Meolink or its licensors.
11) Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
12) Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
13) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meolink Team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages,
or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the 12 months before
the event giving rise to the claim.
14) Changes to the Service and the Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date and provide notice as required by law.
15) Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or where required by law.
We may also suspend the Service for maintenance, security, or technical reasons.
16) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution (Binding Arbitration)
To the extent permitted by law, these Terms will be governed by the laws of our principal place of business.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law or where you have non-waivable rights.
